Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- Master’s degree in appropriate related field finance with 18 graduate credit hours in related discipline from a regionally accredited institution
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required
- Terminal degree in Finance with 18 graduate credit hours in related discipline from a regionally accredited institution, preferred
Experience
- Minimum seven (7) years’ work experience in relevant business industry preferred
- Teaching experience preferred (not required.)
Required Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools
- Demonstrated teaching abilities
- Demonstrated higher education experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners
