Off-site Criminal Justice Studies - Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct Criminal Justice Studies faculty are needed to teach day classes for The Community College of Baltimore County at a Baltimore County High School location. Adjunct faculty will be expected to prepare and deliver instruction, cooperate with College support staff by timely submission of materials as required, and coordinate activities with the Department Chair or Coordinator. Adjunct faculty are selected based on the needs of the program and subject matter expertise of the applicant. Adjunct faculty are required to attend department meetings, participate in professional development and be available to students outside of class.

Level 1 - $1050 per credit hour

Minimum Requirements

A Master’s in Criminal Justice or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience working in the criminal justice system is required, and college level teaching experience is preferred. Adjunct faculty must utilize available college resources to best support teaching and learning.
