Essential Job Functions
- Develop high performing teams by setting priorities and work direction, providing training and guidance to build skill proficiency, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate effectively through staff meetings, one-on-ones, and cross-functional meetings.
- Actively participate in talent planning, talent management, and recruiting efforts.
- Lead Category Inventory Planning and Execution by setting goals, approving orders, and regularly leading review processes.
- Build vendor relationships and integrated supply chain solutions. Drive vendor compliance and performance.
- Regularly and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchants, Operations, Space Management, Retail, and Demand Planning Operations.
- Drive and reinforce enterprise-wide initiatives, including transformation initiatives.
- Build and execute category strategy.
- Lead Category Financial Management by setting annual goals and budget.
- Effectively navigate the room by influencing others to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years in diverse Demand Planning or directly related role.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience supervising a team
- Proven track record driving and delivering results.
- Proficiency using Demand Planning software systems and Inventory Management tools.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain principles, Logistics, Retail Operations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, forecasting, problem solving, and detail orientation. Financial acumen. Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, including demonstratable skills in databases, spreadsheets, and presentation of insights in PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and a fast-paced environment.
- Experience fostering relationships, influencing others, and working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
$87,100.00 - $130,700.00/ year
