Job Summary
The College of Arts, Sciences, and Letters seeks an energetic and innovative Department Administrator (Administrative Specialist) for the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and the Women?s and Gender Studies (WGST) Program. This leadership role is responsible for all financial and administrative work in the department, delegating as necessary, and requires demonstrated project management and strong organizational skills.
The University of Michigan-Dearborn (UM-Dearborn) is one of the three campuses of the University of Michigan. UM-Dearborn, a comprehensive university offering high quality undergraduate, graduate, professional and continuing education to residents of southeastern Michigan, and attracts approximately 8,300 students. The department consists of approximately 18 tenure-stream faculty, 19 LEO lecturer faculty, 2 full-time staff, 64 undergraduate majors, and 7 graduate students.
