What Matters Most:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- UKG experience preferred
- Strong multi-state knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations preferred
Your New Role: One of our fast-growing clients is looking for a leader and team player to fill their HR Director position! In this role, you’ll be leading the HR department including developing policies and procedures and managing a comprehensive performance management system. Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, this position will be relied upon to provide guidance to management as well as employees.
The team is looking for someone well versed in HR compliance and state labor laws. While the position is based in Oregon, our client operates in thirty states, so a careful attention to detail of varying labor laws is necessary for success.
This position is hybrid following an on-site onboarding process.
