KPMG is currently seeking an Oracle FIN Functional, Lead Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.
- Lead optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions including interactions with offshore team members
- Gather requirements from client user via KPMG requirements template and configure, test and support User Acceptance testing (UAT); perform or assist with migration to PROD
- Conduct quarterly release testing (responsible for a set of test scripts to be tested as well as provide analysis on new functionality being release and recommend to client if it should be implemented or not)
- Work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing / documentation and communication
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum of Five years of Oracle implementations and/or five years of recent post-production support
- Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college/university
- Knowledge and experience supporting Financials applications in the following areas: General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, fixed assets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management.
- Ability to support multiple clients and work tickets in your que in timely manner
